Right now, We support credit/debit card payment and FPX Transfer. In any case that you are unable make a payment, please feel free to contact us.

Our shipping varies on the shipping address. We will try to ship out orders within 2 business days and the orders will take 3-7 business days for west Malaysia to arrive with 2-3 days extra for East Malaysia*. If the order is shipped out and you have not received it within 2 weeks, please contact us otherwise there wont not be any compensation.
Yes. Kindly drop us an email at contact@keybot.my for changing of address request. However, it is only applicable if the order has not been shipped out.
We apologize for any inconvenient caused. Kindly send us a picture of the item and the invoice through our email at contact@keybot.my. We will ask you to send it back to us so we can send you the the right item.
Yes, orders can be canceled only if it has not been shipped out. Customer needs to bear the cost of returning the orders for those shipped out orders. Please email to our team at contact@keybot.my or WhatsApp to +6018-205 1804 for any cancellation request.
